In partnership with VSV, this is a high-rise repositioning in downtown Tucson now known as Vertical Heights. The project has great freeway visibility while remaining in the epicenter of downtown close to shops and restaurants. Acquired in 2021, we are fully renovating units and attracting the young professionals of Tucson who desire an urban feel.
